Nicole has over 15 years experience in communications, change management & culture within the corporate sector working with organisations such as Westpac, Standard Chartered Bank, IAG, Swiss Re, Promina, Weight Watchers, EMC and many others. Nicole has worked extensively in Asia, in the UK and Australia on many global change programs ranging in size, scope and geographical spread.

Nicole is also a skilled coach and facilitator. She has a Bachelor of Business and is a certified NLP practitioner and Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner. She is a graduate of the CINERGY® Conflict Coaching training and is currently a Coach-Mentor for CINERGY® Conflict Coaching Workshops in Australia. Nicole is a certified professional member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI); Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators (AIPF) and is on the Board of the Change Management Institute. Nicole is also a member of LEADR - Association of Dispute Resolvers and an Associate of the International Positive Psychology Association

  • Designed and built Manager toolkit to improve communications covering areas such as how to have courageous conversations, how to engage and motivate people, how to deliver powerful messages for large Australian insurance company (Australia)
  • Designed & implemented a change program to enhance performance of the Learning & Talent teams responsible for global programs  for a global Bank with a footprint of 80,000 employees (India)
  • Facilitated Leadership Team intervention for a newly formed  Executive Team to build effective relationships across a diverse regional market for a Financial Services organisation (Vietnam)
  • Conducted change assessments to identify resistance points and recommended interventions to support a change in business strategy for a global Bank (Hong Kong)
  • Designed and implemented engagement, communications and training strategies and materials for the introduction of a new credit process and system involving the training of over 2000 employees in 42 countries for a global Bank (Singapore)
  • Designed accelerated onboarding program for CEO & Leadership Team of new equities business based in India to support their entry into a complex, matrixed culture (India)
